With the goal to create a HACCP certified modern food product factory of excellent production environment which abides by operation regulations and food hygiene and safety, Rich Resource undertook the operational training course of HACCP in 2014, and established a HACCP operation team in charge of monitoring production operations and work distribution.

To know all possible hazards, scientific approach, systemic evaluation and analysis is applied in every step of the way from material collection, processing, packaging, distribution to the end product presented to customers. Based on the result of hazard analysis, control measurements and conditions are set to effectively prevent, remove or reduce the chance of food hazard which is likely to occur in certain process or procedure.
